This page explains how Intellecta Solutions handles personal data collected on intellectasolutions.it. It is a working draft: the VAT number still needs to be added, and the text should be reviewed.

What we collect

The site has a contact form (free demo). Fields are name and business, email, message, and the language of the page. A honeypot field must be left empty. We do not ask for other personal details.

The form runs on Netlify Forms. Submissions land in our Netlify dashboard and are used only to reply. We do not use this data for newsletters or profiling.

Legal basis and retention

We process the data to answer a pre-contractual request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where needed, on the legitimate interest of handling the enquiry. We keep it for as long as needed to reply and to meet any legal duties, then delete it.

Recipients and technical services

• Hosting and forms: Netlify.
• Background videos: files on Amazon CloudFront. They are not an advertising tracker.
• Fonts (Instrument Serif, Barlow): self-hosted, no requests to Google Fonts.

The site is available in Italian, English and Spanish. The language of the page is sent with the form so we can reply in the same language.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not currently set profiling cookies or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). See the cookie notice for details.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to info@intellectasolutions.it.
